ABOUT YOUR ARTIST Leyla has been in the lash industry for over three years. Leyla started her entrepreneurial career when she was 16 & is a 2x certified lash specialist and licensed real estate broker. Here at ROYALXSTUDIO, we are focused on providing the best customer service and putting our clients first. If you have any questions, concerns, or interest in anything lash or real estate related, Leyla is the person for you. LOCATION Our studio is located in The Issaquah Work Lofts, our address is provided in your confirmation email & on this booking site. Parking is available on the side and in the “garage”. From the main entrance, take the elevator to the second floor, suite #217 is located straight through the hallway, past the waiting area & bathrooms. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED We accept payments in the form of cash, Zelle, or through debit/credit cards. A 3.6% fee will apply to all card payments. CANCELLATIONS Here at ROYALXSTUDIO, we ask that your provide at least a 24 hour notice if you would like to cancel your appointment. You may be subject to be charged 50% of your service amount if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows
